For admission in the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 academic year, students are required to complete a minimum of 30 credits, including:

Required Courses

College core requirements: 4 credits
Major core requirements: 10 credits
Doctoral dissertation: 12 credits

Elective Courses

Electives: 4 credits (Up to 4 credits may be taken from equivalent-level courses in other departments or degree programs and counted toward this requirement)
