日本藥科大學提供暑期交換課程，包含Program A (Jul.29 ～ Aug.9)及Program B (Aug.19 ～ Aug.30)兩種。2 Program課程有些微不同，但大致上由下列主題組成：
■NPU presentations about Japanese traditional medicine, modern pharmaceutical sciences, and integrated research,
■on-site studies of Japanese healthcare,
■lectures by the experts from pharmaceutical and healthcare-related companies,
■activities with international students,
■discussions with the researchers specializing in Kampo - Japanese traditional medicine,
■experience folk cultures and local entertainment.
