Refrigerator Borrowing Application
The refrigerators in the SNHS are available for use starting on June 23, 2026. If your lab would like to borrow a refrigerator, please complete this form to register.
【Who can apply】
◐Full-time faculty members of the SNHS
◐Currently enrolled students in the SNHS
【Rules】
◐Refrigerator space is assigned on a semester basis. A new application is required each semester.
◐Users are responsible for keeping the refrigerator clean and participating in scheduled cleaning duties.
◐All stored items must be labeled with the laboratory name, owner's name, and storage date.
◐Please remove all items by the end of the borrowing period. Unclaimed items may be disposed of by the SNHS.
◐Please use the refrigerator properly and keep both the interior and surrounding area clean.
◐Labs may be responsible for repair or replacement costs if damage is caused by improper use.
◐SNHS is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by power outages, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

【Application Process】
1. Please sign in with your TMU account.
2. Check the Refrigerator Status to make sure the refrigerator you want is marked as Available.
3. Complete the Refrigerator Borrowing Application Form.
4. We will review your application within 3 working days. If the refrigerator status changes to In Use「使用中」, you may start using it. If the status remains Available「閒置中」, please contact the SNHS office via nutrition@tmu.edu.tw.
